We are a “closed care parlor,” which means that no outside cats are allowed into our parlor or vice versa. We do not offer any external stud services. Additionally, we have opted for NO VISITORS to our foster care, as we have read many complaints from other breeders. This policy is designed to protect our current and future kittens and their new families.
Our relationship with you doesn’t end once you bring your kittens home. Since cats love themselves, we wish that nothing would go wrong with them in their new home. However, certain things are beyond our control. A kitten’s health depends on several factors, including genetics, exercise, food and diet, and general grooming. While no one can guarantee that your kitten(s) will never have a health problem, we can guarantee that we will do our best to ensure that your new family member is healthy!
We offer a 5-year genetic guarantee for life-threatening, untreatable defects, including but not limited to heart defects (scale 4 or higher) and any organ disorder. This does not include treatable disorders.
In the event that your kittens develop an illness or an untreatable, life-threatening defect, we will offer you additional kittens of the same sex, breed, and quality that you paid for. You are only responsible for delivery charges for your new kittens. When you make a claim, you will need to send us a copy of your first veterinary exam and any results from that exam.
We screen family members and friends who come to our home. We also conduct a comprehensive health assessment checklist prepared by a licensed veterinarian before shipping a kitten. We ensure your kittens are up to date with vaccinations and have been dewormed.
As an additional check and to activate the health guarantee of your kittens, we ask that you take them to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of receiving them, so we can be sure that your kittens are happy and healthy from the moment they arrive at your home.
